Rent per night or per week:

Should you wish to rent rather than buy one of these luxurious villas or simply “try before you buy” then you can do so and they are available all year round.
​
The weekly rental rates for 2022 are indicated below:
​
01/01/22 to 02/04/22: 1,175 Euros/week
02/04/22 to 25/06/22: 2,135 Euros/week
25/06/22 to 16/07/22: 3,203 Euros/week
16/07/22 to 20/08/22: 3,875 Euros/week
20/08/22 to 27/08/22: 3,203 Euros/week
27/08/22 to 05/11/22: 2,135 Euros/week
05/11/22 to 17/12/22: 1,175 Euros/week
17/12/22 to 31/12/22: 2,135 Euros/week

In addition to the rental of the villa you have the following options:

-Cleaning at the end of your stay (obligatory): 220 Euros per stay
-Linen, sheets & towels: 20 Euros per person per stay
-Welcome hamper: 35 Euros
-Preparation of the jacuzzi: 50 Euros
-Baby high chair: 25 Euros/week
-Cot: 25 Euros/week
-Stay tax: 2.5 Euros per person per night (average variable)

A cheque for 1,000 Euros is taken (but not banked) as a security deposit.

Concierge service:
During your stay you may contact us for recommendations of local services/activities such as a wine tasting tour, bicycle hire, private nanny, private chef, masseuse, surf schools, golf etc. We can also book these on your behalf too free of charge but the actual services/activities paid for by yourself of course.
On site facilities:
You will be able to access our onsite facilities free of charge on a first come first served basis. These onsite facilities include a tennis court, petanque pitch, grass volleyball court, grass badminton court, grass mini-football pitch, table tennis and an exercise area. There is free parking for 2 cars per villa.

“We’ve just returned from an excellent weeks stay at La Villa Four and already can’t wait to go back! The facilities in the villa are first class and everything needed for a great holiday is available. We enjoyed the large pool every day and the hot tub was a great way to relax in the evenings. Whichever way you drive from the villa you are surrounded by scenic views either through wooded areas or open countryside.
